Quality of service is a constant priority at Astrin. Since 2001, we have held ISO 9001 certification. As a result, our quality management system is driven by every department and every member of staff.
In practice, this means continuously pursuing client satisfaction. Furthermore, Astrin runs a continuous improvement process based on incident reporting and collective accountability. This ensures process reliability and consistent quality standards.
People are Astrins most important asset. However, Transport and Logistics involve real risks. Therefore, every employee must work in a safe environment.
Astrin holds Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status, granted by customs authorities for security and safety matters. In addition, MASE certification applies across a number of our logistics sites.
Environmental responsibility is central to our sustainable transport certification approach. In addition to our ISO 14001 sites, we hold the ADEME Objectif CO2 label. ADEME is the French Agency for Ecological Transition.
Concretely, this means:
B100 is a 100% plant-based biofuel made from French rapeseed. As a result, it cuts CO2 emissions by at least 60% versus fossil diesel, according to ADEME.
In 2021, we launched a talent incubator. Its goal is to prepare tomorrows managers. Therefore, participants discover every area of the business – operations and support functions alike.
1FormS is our in-house training centre. It delivers vocational and sector-specific training. Furthermore, it is Qualiopi-certified. This means it can also serve local SMEs, helping them reduce training costs by sharing sessions with Astrin staff.
